Explanatory Note:
The minutes of meetings of the Parish Council and Council Committee meetings
are only posted on the web site after approval by the Parish Council.
The minutes will always be at least one month in arrears awaiting Council
ratification.
Agendas will whenever possible be posted on the web site in advance of meetings.
For details of all Council and Committee meetings please see the Council
Calendar of meetings. Please note that on occasion it might be necessary
to cancel a meeting because of lack of business or failure to achieve a
quorum for the meeting. This only happens in exceptional circumstances but
it is always advisable to check with the parish office if you intend to
come to any meeting.
